Purchases may be returned within 30 days from date of order. Refunds shall be issued upon inspection of returned items. No refund shall be issued on damaged items or otherwise deemed non-returnable.* Otherwise, refunds shall consist of the purchase price less shipping and 10% restocking fee.

Items which are damaged, otherwise deemed non-returnable upon inspection, or are returned at the request of the buyer, e.g. ordered wrong item, shall only be returned at the expense of the buyer.

*Non-returnable shall include, but not be limited to:

• Item is not in original packaging,

• Any tags are missing or damaged,

• Item is dirty or shows signs of wear or use,

• Has any defect other than an obvious factory defect.

Whether an item is deemed returnable shall be at the sole discretion of From Our Heart.

RETURNING EXTRA LARGE PLUSH

Extra Large Plush may only be returned with prior approval and must be insured. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. Refunds shall be limited to the cost of the extra large plush, subject to the conditions above, less shipping, processing fees and restocking fee.
