From Our Heart ships using the United State Postal Service (USPS). Shipping options include First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, Express Mail, Next Day Mail for all U.S. Domestic Orders, and International Priority Mail and International Express Mail for all international orders*. Shipping options are provided at time of checkout and shipping estimates can be calculated when you provide the country of delivery, State and postal code.

*Additional less expensive shipping options are available for international shipping which do not appear at checkout and are only available for certain smaller items (Flat Rate International Priority Mail). Please Contact Us for an estimate.

IMPORTANT! Flat Rate International Priority Mail does not provide for the option of package tracking. Buyer assumes all responsibility for Flat Rate International Priority Mail and cannot hold From Our Heart liable for lost or damaged packages and the contents therein.

Retail orders received before 3:00pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday, and before 11:00am  Eastern Time Saturday, generally ship the same day for items that are in stock. Otherwise, orders are shipped the next business day.

Retail orders that exceed $49.99 qualify for free standard shipping (Parcel Post) for U.S. Domestic deliveries only. For retail orders over $49.99 which require a shipping method other than Parcel Post, you must select a different shipping option at checkout and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

For retail orders under $50.00, your shipping method will automatically be upgraded from Parcel Post to Priority Mail at no additional charge for U.S. Domestic deliveries only. If you retail order requires a shipping method faster than Priority Mail, you must make that selection at the time of checkout and will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Wholesale Orders
Shipping will be calculated after the order is completed and packed, at which time, you will be invoiced for the shipping cost. All shipping costs muct be paid for in full before the order will be shipped.

LIMITATIONS and RESTRICTIONS

Free Shipping and Free Shipping Upgrades are not available on wholesale orders or retail orders which are excessive in weight, require over-sized boxes, require multiple boxes, have multiple delivery destinations, or that constitute separate orders. In that event, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. However, we may, at our discretion, discount the shipping by the amount of the base shipping cost. You will be contacted before the order is processed to arrange payment for shipping.

Payment by eCheck
eChecks are processed through PayPal. The payment is withdrawn directly from your bank within 3-5 business days*. As soon as we receive confirmation of sufficient funds from the bank, your order will be processed and shipped. DO NOT use eCheck if you need to have your order shipped immediately.
 
*Note. Bank processing times vary by country. Some typical processing times are:
Australia - 3-5 business days
Brazil - 1-3 business days
Canada - 6-8 business days
France - 8-10 business days
Netherlands - 4-6 business days
United Kingdom - 5-7 business days
United States - 3-5 business days
